This country is also referred to as Tannu Tuva and located at Eastern Russia, western Siberia and west to the Lake Baikal ,shares borders with Mongolia.
Until independence in 1921 ,China and U.S.S.R. struggled for control of Tuva. After the independence, U.S.S.R. stamps could be used in Tuva until their own stamps are issued in 1926.
Because the stamps of Tuva were issued to gain money from Philatelists, it was once thought be very suspicious but it was a long time ago. Now I got some good collection and would like to improve it from now on.
